USCIS.GOV – This is the official website for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, the bureau of the United States Department of Homeland Security responsible for overseeing Immigration into the United States.

Visa Bulletin – The Visa Bulletin is published by the Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs and provides information on the processing queues for all employment-based petitions, all counted family-based petitions and the diversity visa lottery.

Travel Advisories – The Department of State publishes information related to travel to foreign countries.

Active Legislation – The website of the U.S. Senate provides links to all active legislation (both in the Senate and the House of Representatives).  This contains links to the bills currently proposed in support of Comprehensive Immigration Reform.  Look at the bills under “I” for “Immigration”.

Senate Judiciary Committee – The Judiciary Committee of the U.S. Senate is responsible (along with the House Judiciary Committee) for reviewing and making recommendations on any legislation regarding Immigration.  This website provides information on the schedule and activities of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
